Build the future with founders, investors, and industry leaders.

At The Founders Lab, we’re not just advisors—we’re partners in growth. We work alongside founders, investors, and leadership teams to scale businesses, close high-stakes deals, and unlock new opportunities across legal, financial, and strategic fronts.

If you're driven by curiosity, sharp thinking, and a bias for execution, this might just be your lab too.

At The Founders Lab, we uphold a culture of ownership – everyone is a stakeholder. We empower our people to act with autonomy and take responsibility for delivering outstanding results.

Founder's Voice

Our Culture Code

Icon 1
We think like founders

Everyone here acts with skin in the game. We care about outcomes, not just input.

Icon 2
Curiosity isn’t optional

We ask questions, challenge assumptions, and learn like it’s our job—because it is.

Icon 3
Context over control

We don’t micromanage. We align on goals, share context, and trust people to deliver.

Icon 4
No fluff, just clarity

Whether it’s a pitch deck or a contract clause—we cut the jargon and get to the point.

Icon 5
We’re allergic to silos

Legal, strategy, finance—we move across lanes because our clients don’t live in one.

Icon 6
We respect ambition—and weekends

Burnout doesn’t build unicorns. Sustainable work builds better teams.

What’s in it for YOU?

Autonomy with Mentorship

You’ll be trusted to lead—but never left without support.

Skin in the Game

We believe in rewarding performance, not just hours logged.

Remote-First, Impact-Focused

We care about where you’re going—not where you sit.

We love wildcard candidates. If you’re someone who doesn’t fit into boxes but feels you belong here—write to our Founder at varsha@thefounderslab.me with your story, portfolio, or even a bold idea.

Who We're Looking For?

We're not big on titles—we're big on mindset.

At The Founders Lab, we look for people who think critically, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to ask sharp questions. If you’re naturally curious, driven to solve real problems, and energized by fast-paced, high-context work—you’ll fit right in. We don’t expect perfection. But we do look for people who bring clarity, commitment, and a strong bias toward learning and growth.
